Will I have a personal account set up online for online orders? Will I have a username/password?

You will need to register an account with Brimhall Supplements.  If you receive discounts, those will be applied after your register with our site. 

Is my credit card and personal information safe?  Where does it go and who sees it?

This Web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. All transactions are processed in real-time with Authorize.net  Authorize.Net is committed to providing its merchant customers with the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. More merchants trust Authorize.Net than any other payment gateway to process their ecommerce transactions securely.  Only Brimhall Wellness Center staff has access to your information and credit card information is encrypted so there is no threat of it being compromised.

If I purchase online, will I be charged extra fees?

You will incur shipping charges.  There are discounts and even free shipping when you purchase a particular amount of supplements.

How does the shipping work?

We use FedEx real-time shipping rates.  The rates are determined by your zip code and the weight of your order. 

Will I be able to choose between regular/priority/overnight?

Yes multiple shipping options will be available for your convenience.  When choose priority or overnight, please check with our shipping policy to make sure your order is placed by our cutoff times to ensure your package will receive the priority or overnight status.

Can I choose between USPS, FedEx and UPS? 

We are only using FedEx through our online store at this time.  If you would like to use a different provider, you will need to contact our office directly.

I have my own FedEx account, will I be able to choose my account? 

No, our systems is setup and integrated with our account.  You will need to contact our office if you would choose to use your own FedEx account.

I am a patient that receives a discount in the office - will my discount show up online when I purchase?

You will need to contact our office to make sure that your discount is applied to your account.  You will receive your discount in the form of a coupon code that will need to be entered during checkout.

I am a doctor - will my discount show up online? 

You will need to contact our office to make sure that your discount is applied to your account.  You will receive your discount in the form of a coupon code that will need to be entered during checkout.

If I order out of state, will the tax be removed?

Yes, only Arizona residents must pay sales tax.

How long does it take for my order to be received?  When will it be shipped out?  How long does it take to get to me?

We will receive your orders during our normal business hours.  Please make sure to check our shipping policy for cutoff times for orders to be shipping that business day.  Please check our shipping policy to follow the FedEx shipping guidelines for delivery timelines.

What if there is a product I want, but is not available online?

Our full inventory of products are not online, please contact our office to place your order for those products.  We will be adding more products to the website in the future.

What if it is a product You don't carry, but have special ordered for me in the past. 

You will still need to contact our office and place a special order for that item.  Special order fees will still apply.

How do returns work?  Will I get a full refund?  Wil the shipping be refunded?

If I placed an order and no longer want it, will I be able to cancel it before it goes out? 

You will need to contact our office immediately and inform our staff and they can either correct the order or void it before it is sent back.  You may also use our contact form on this site to send our staff an email.

Can my orders be put on hold until I am ready to place it, or does it have to be done all at one time? 

Our system will hold the items in the cart for a period of time.  Because we use real-time credit card processing and shipping rates, you must place your order all at one time.
