Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

When Must I place my order for it to ship the same business day?

Orders must be placed by 1pm MST Monday-Friday to ship on the same business day. We do not guarantee same day shipping.  (Monday thru Friday, excluding national holidays).  Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday, if you place your order on one of these days, your order will be shipped the next open business day.

***Arizona does not switch to Daylight Savings Time. Our time is the same as Pacific Daylight Time during Daylight Savings.

How much does shipping cost and How Shipping Charges are Calculated? 
Shipping is calculated based on the zip code of the destination.

Shipping charges are calculated in real-time for orders shipped within the United States, via FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated and presented to you in real time during the ordering process, allowing all charges to be known before you complete your order.  We do not use a one-charge fits all pricing policy. The shipping charge shown on your invoice when you check out is the actual cost to ship the package to your door.

International Shipping
There will charge a flat rate of $25.00 on interntaional orders.  Additional shipping charges may be incurred depending on the location and cost of the receipient.

Shipping Carriers We Use:
The majority of the packages we ship are through FedEx, and USPS.
International orders are currently shipped using USPS. Shipping charges are calculated and presented to you in real time during the ordering process, allowing all charges to be known before you complete your order.

We will automatically notify you via e-mail when your order ships and include the FedEx,  tracking number of the package(s) in the message.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes:
In some cases orders for shipment to P.O Boxes may take longer to be approved. Since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be delivered via another method such as USPS.

Holiday Deliveries:
FedEx does not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.

If You Receive the Wrong Item:
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via the Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.

Damaged in Shipping:
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Customer Service and we will gladly send you a replacement. FedEx requires that the recipient keep all the original packaging with the damaged product. 
It is recommended that the recipient take a picture of the product exactly as received and notify Brimhall Wellness immediatley so that FedEx can be notified.  Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange and Return policy.

What are the FedEx shipping methods you have?

We use the following FedEx shipping methods:

FedEx Express Saver®: Delivery time: 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences) Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.  Order must be place Monday-Friday for 3 business days to apply. 

FedEx Ground: Delivery to businesses Monday–Friday. Delivery time: 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii)

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
When we ship your package through FedEx you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. We send a tracking number email for every order we ship via FedEx. If you placed an order and requested FedEx service you will receive an email to the email address you provided us when you placed the order. Take that number to our "Track your Package Page" and type in your tracking number. You will then be able to find out where it is and when it will arrive.

Please note: For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.
Example: We ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. We do not count the day we ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
